Viewing Your Tickets
- Log in to your account
- Click Support in the navigation
- Scroll down to see Your Tickets
- Click on any ticket to view details
Ticket Statuses Explained
- Open: Your ticket has been received and is awaiting review
- In Progress: Our team is actively working on your issue
- Resolved: The issue has been addressed
- Closed: The ticket has been completed
Adding Comments
- Open your ticket
- Scroll to the comment section
- Type your message or additional information
- Optionally attach files
- Click Add Comment
Your comment will notify our support team immediately.
