Stay updated on your support requests.

Viewing Your Tickets

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click Support in the navigation
  3. Scroll down to see Your Tickets
  4. Click on any ticket to view details

Ticket Statuses Explained

  • Open: Your ticket has been received and is awaiting review
  • In Progress: Our team is actively working on your issue
  • Resolved: The issue has been addressed
  • Closed: The ticket has been completed

Adding Comments

  1. Open your ticket
  2. Scroll to the comment section
  3. Type your message or additional information
  4. Optionally attach files
  5. Click Add Comment

Your comment will notify our support team immediately.
