  1. Click Support in the navigation menu
  2. Fill out the ticket form:
    • Subject: A brief summary of your issue
    • Priority: Select the urgency level (Low, Normal, High, Urgent)
    • Description: Provide detailed information about your issue
  3. Optionally attach files (screenshots, documents)
  4. Click Submit Ticket

Tips for Faster Resolution

  • Be specific: Include error messages, steps to reproduce, and what you expected to happen
  • Include screenshots: Visual information helps us understand your issue faster
  • Select the right priority:
    • Low: General questions, feature requests
    • Normal: Issues affecting your work but with workarounds
    • High: Issues significantly impacting your work
    • Urgent: Critical issues blocking all work
