- Fill out the ticket form:
- Subject: A brief summary of your issue
- Priority: Select the urgency level (Low, Normal, High, Urgent)
- Description: Provide detailed information about your issue
- Optionally attach files (screenshots, documents)
- Click Submit Ticket

- Be specific: Include error messages, steps to reproduce, and what you expected to happen
- Include screenshots: Visual information helps us understand your issue faster
- Select the right priority:
- Low: General questions, feature requests
- Normal: Issues affecting your work but with workarounds
- High: Issues significantly impacting your work
- Urgent: Critical issues blocking all work
