Getting Started with Certification Center

Welcome to Certification Center! This guide will help you get started with our platform.

Creating Your Account

1. Click Register in the top navigation
2. Enter your email address and create a secure password
3. Your password must be at least 8 characters with uppercase, lowercase, and a number
4. Click Register to create your account
5. You'll be automatically logged in

Logging In

1. Click Login in the top navigation
2. Enter your email and password
3. Click Log in to access your account

Your Dashboard

After logging in, you can:

• Submit support tickets for any issues or questions
• View the status of your existing tickets
• Browse the Knowledge Base for self-service help
• Manage your account settings
